Shipping and delivery
Every order ships by ground service and arrives in three to five business days. Shipping is a flat $25, and free on orders of $500 or more.
Delivery estimates
- Ground ($25 flat): three to five business days across the contiguous United States.
- Free ground shipping: orders of $500 or more, same three to five business days.
Where we ship
Ernest Sports ships to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses or international destinations.
Damaged in transit
Inspect the carton on arrival. If the packaging is visibly damaged, photograph it before opening and call 855-354-4653 the same day so a claim can be opened with the carrier.
